Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Nursery and Reception in an Enfield primary school. This role focuses on early years inclusion, with opportunities to deliver targeted interventions and sensory activities.

The successful candidate will have EYFS SEN experience, a patient and adaptable approach, and strong communication and behaviour management skills to help children access learning and develop independence.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across Nursery and Reception with targeted interventions.

• Help pupils access learning and develop independence throughout the school day.
• Assist with classroom routines, behaviour support, and personal care where needed.

Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs in an Early Years setting?

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Nursery and Reception within a welcoming and inclusive Enfield primary school.

This role would suit someone with experience supporting children with Autism, speech and language needs, developmental delays or other additional learning needs.

The Role

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Supporting pupils across Nursery and Reception
• Delivering targeted interventions and sensory activities
• Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs and outside professionals
• Helping pupils access learning and develop independence

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• Previous SEN experience within EYFS
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
