Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Nursery and Reception in an Enfield primary school. This is a full-time role with a September start.

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and outside professionals to deliver targeted interventions, support pupils with additional needs, and help them access learning and develop independence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with additional needs in an Early Years setting.
• Experience with autism, speech and language needs, developmental delays, or other needs.
• Ability to deliver targeted interventions and sensory activities.
• Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs and outside professionals.

SEN Teaching Assistant Early Years Enfield September Start

Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs in an Early Years setting?

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Nursery and Reception within a welcoming and inclusive Enfield primary school.

This role would suit someone with experience supporting children with Autism, speech and language needs, developmental delays or other additional learning needs.

The Role:

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
• 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Supporting pupils across Nursery and Reception
• Delivering targeted interventions and sensory activities
• Working closely with class teachers, SENCOs and outside professionals
• Helping pupils access learning and develop independence

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Previous SEN experience within EYFS
• A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A passion for helping children achieve their full potential
