Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Monmouth, working with 121 with an Early Years pupil with ALN. This 12-month contract starts ASAP and is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN.

The role is mornings only, with ongoing support from Aspire People to help you settle into a rewarding SEN role in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a regulated childcare/education setting.
• Calm, patient, and committed approach.
• SEN experience desirable but not essential.
• Role is mornings only.

This is a long-term opportunity starting in ASAP, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN.

The role s initially mornings only

The Role:

• Supporting a pupils 1:1
• Assist with tailored learning activities

• Work closely with teachers and support staff

Requirements:

• Relevant childcare/education qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Calm, patient, and committed approach
