Job summary

Pertemps Education Network in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated SEN support worker to assist pupils with their learning needs. The role involves 1:1 or small-group support to access the curriculum, with emphasis on speech, language, social skills, and safeguarding.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient and motivated to help children develop confidence and resilience, with full training provided. Term-time roles available, part-time options considered.

Location: Maidenhead

Contract: Full-time or part-time, term-time only

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4pm

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: £88-£115 per day

About the School

We are a friendly, inclusive school in Maidenhead, committed to providing high-quality education for children with special educational needs (SEN). Our pupils have a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and learning disabilities.

Your Role
  • Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups to access the curriculum.
