Job summary

You will support pupils and back up teachers, with responsibilities including small group work, following planning provided, and adapting to individual learning needs. Experience with children or vulnerable adults is valued, and a relevant qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or vulnerable adults.
• Confident with the curriculum or supporting the learning journey.
• Hold a relevant or equivalent qualification.
• Provide quality support to teachers and to pupils.
• Carry out small group work and support individuals under planning.
• Ability to think on your feet.
