Job summary

Sprint Education Recruitment is recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants in Leamington Spa and surrounding areas. This role focuses on long-term placements supporting students with SEN and complex needs across primary, secondary and alternative provision.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, implement strategies, and help with routines and transitions to build consistency and improve outcomes over a term or year. A genuine interest in autism, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people in schools or related settings.
• Ability to support 1:1 and small groups across varied environments.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student well-being.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the same students consistently across full term or academic year.
• Work 1:1 and with small groups in class and quieter spaces.
• Apply agreed communication, learning and regulation strategies.
• Assist with routines and transitions for students.
