The post involves supporting pupils aged 11-16 with moderate to severe learning needs, implementing learning plans, and contributing to a safe, supportive learning environment. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
• Experience of supporting teaching and learning in a special needs setting.
• Ability to monitor progress and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Ability to differentiate interventions with teachers for the curriculum.
• Willingness to engage in own professional development.

Responsibilities
