Broken Cross Primary Academy and Nursery is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our nurturing, innovative and dedicated team. The role is Grade 4- 8.30-12.15pm, Monday to Friday, 18.75 hours pro-rata, fixed term until 31 August 2027 with potential for permanency depending on pupil numbers.

The successful applicant will work with the class teacher to support pupils with SEN, including those at the Language Lab, focusing on communication, independence and positive engagement.

Formación

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN and managing transitions.
• Ability to plan and deliver activities with the class teacher.
• Experience in a resource provision or Language Lab is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Work alongside the class teacher to provide learning and care support for pupils with SEN.
• Support routines, transitions and behaviour management.
• Support children with the most complex needs in the resource provision.
