Job summary

REESON Education in London is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Wandsworth Town from September or October 2026. You will work in the school's dedicated SEN base across KS1 and KS2, delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with a range of needs, helping them access learning and participate fully in school life.

• Experience supporting children with special educational needs.
• Experience working in a primary school or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support.
• Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with various SEN.
• Help pupils access learning and participate in school life.
• Support academic, social, emotional and behavioural development.
• Deliver interventions tailored to individual pupils.
• Work closely with class teachers, SEN staff and other professionals.
• Build positive relationships with pupils.
