Job summary

Tangmere Primary Academy is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Chichester. 31.25 hours per week across 38.2 weeks per year, with a salary package around £18,704 actuals for part-time work and up to £26,403 FTE.

You will work with teachers to deliver engaging lessons, support learners with varying needs, and help develop resources and teaching strategies to ensure every child makes progress.

• Assist in delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Develop resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies with the teacher to support individual learning needs.
• Support a high quality education and inclusive practice in line with TKAT policies.
