SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist School in Bromley We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join our team at a specialist school in Bromley.

This rewarding role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of students with a variety of learning needs in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Role Overview As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with diverse learning needs engage with their education and develop essential skills.

Working closely with teachers and other professionals, you will ensure that every child receives the tailored support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.

Assist in delivering personalized lessons to help students access the curriculum effectively.

Support students' social and emotional development, promoting confidence and independence.

Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Work with teachers, SENCOs, and other staff to implement and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).

Track and report on student progress, offering feedback to teachers and other professionals.

Assist in organizing classroom resources and preparing learning materials.

Previous experience in an educational or SEN setting is beneficial but not essential.
