Qualifications

• Caring, patient and reliable.
• Experienced as a Teaching Assistant or working with children.
• Able to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Ideally experienced with SEN/SEND, although this is not essential.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Support pupils with SEND, including autism and communication needs.
• Assist with learning and classroom activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and independence.
• Work closely with teachers and the wider school team.
