Job summary

Rising Hope Education Ltd is recruiting for three immediate SEN Teaching Assistant opportunities across Barking & Dagenham. These roles support children with SEND in mainstream and specialist settings, with responsibilities including 1:1 support, small groups, and collaboration with teachers.

Daily rate ranges from £110 to £135 PAYE, depending on the role and experience. All positions are full-time with immediate start and long-term potential.

Qualifications

• Experience as SEN Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant is advantageous but not required.
• Understanding SEND and ASC is important.
• Ability to work with pupils with diverse needs and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND in 1:1, small groups, or classroom settings.
• Follow strategies from teachers and SEN professionals to implement plans.
• Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
