The North School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to join our support team in the SEN Department, assisting students within the mainstream school environment. The role emphasizes collaboration and the ability to work with young people, including those with SEN or physical disabilities.

We offer training and are happy to support staff in progressing towards an HLTA qualification, funded by the school, after six months of service. Full details are in the recruitment pack.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work collaboratively and have some prior experience of working with children or young adults.
• Experience of working with young people with SEN and/or physical disabilities would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
