Swale Academies Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our support team in the SEN Department, assisting students in a mainstream school.

We offer the opportunity to pursue an HLTA qualification funded by the school after six months of service, with full training provided. A DBS disclosure and safeguarding commitment are required, and collaboration with staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work collaboratively.
• Experience with children or young adults; SEN/physical disabilities experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Support students within the SEN Department in a mainstream school.
• Work with staff to provide inclusive learning support.
• Participate in DBS checks and safeguarding procedures as part of the role.
