The Nene Infant & Nursery School in Wisbech is seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support inclusion across the school. Qualifications

• Has genuine interest in children and responds professionally with quiet authority.
• Passionate about meeting the needs of all children including those with SEN and additional needs.
• Promotes inclusion of children within the school community and access to curriculum, facilities and activities.
• Promotes ethos and culture and good outcomes for pupils with SEN or a disability.
• Delivers personalised provision for pupils with SEND and promotes equality and inclusion in teaching.
• Manages learning of individuals, groups and whole classes and adapts teaching to learner needs.
• Can lead the class during PPA and cover situations.
• Willing to engage with all aspects of school life, parents and the wider community.
• Committed to working in a school with strong ethical values aligned to Elliot Foundation values.
