Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting.
• Knowledge of supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs.
• Patience, empathy, resilience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality 1:1 support for pupils with SEN, helping access learning inside and outside the classroom.
• Deliver targeted small-group interventions focusing on literacy, numeracy, communication and social development.
• Support children with a range of additional needs (ASC, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties).
