You may be supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties or complex needs, helping them access education while developing independence and confidence.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification.
• Relevant experience in education, care or SEN.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• The resilience to manage challenging situations positively.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH or other learning needs to access education and develop independence.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and school staff.
• Assist with classroom tasks and behavior management as required.
