Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs at a specialist SEN school in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The role involves working with teachers to deliver tailored interventions and promote pupil development.

You will help pupils access learning through practical activities, sensory work and structured support, building confidence and communication skills. This temporary role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Positive, caring attitude and resilience.
• Genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stay calm and flexible in a busy environment.
• Experience with children or youth work is desirable but not essential.

• Support pupils both in and out of the classroom.
