Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a Dudley school and support pupils with a range of learning needs. You will work closely with teachers to implement targeted supports and monitor pupil progress.

The successful candidate will have a TA qualification or equivalent and a patient, nurturing approach, with the ability to provide one-to-one and small-group support where required. DBS checks and safeguarding procedures will apply.

Qualifications

• This role requires prior SEN Teaching Assistant experience.
• Qualification as a TA or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities
