Job summary

Prospero Teaching is recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant in Stockport. You will support pupils with complex needs on a 1:1 basis, providing emotional and sensory support within a specialist college environment for ages 19-25.

Role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with prior experience preferred. You will collaborate with staff and external agencies, and assist with preparing engaging learning resources.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
• Experience supporting complex needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis, providing emotional and sensory support.
• Maintain regular communication with staff, parents and external agencies.
