Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in SEN education.
• Strong communication with children, teachers and families.
• Ability to stay calm and supportive in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEN.
• Assist pupils to access the curriculum and participate in class activities.
• Build confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Develop strong relationships with pupils and staff and work with the SENCO.
• Support learning and social development in a safe, inclusive environment.
