Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in childcare, care work, mentoring or youth work is considered.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude; ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of SEN and additional needs.
• Provide one-to-one and classroom-based support.
• Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
• Assist with learning and social development.
