Job summary

Sencare Recruitment Ltd is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant for a college in Wimborne Minster to support young adults with autism and SEMH needs. The role involves working 5 days a week, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm, with the opportunity for ongoing employment.

The ideal candidate will have a background in supporting students with profound needs, be experienced in following ECHPs, and be able to build meaningful relationships with vulnerable students.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience supporting students with autism and SEMH difficulties.
• Experience supporting students aged 16-25.
• Ability to follow students' ECHPs.

Responsibilities
