Job summary

Term Time Teachers Ltd in Battle is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support on a 1:1 or small-group basis, helping to implement intervention plans and maintain a calm, engaging learning environment.

We offer flexible hours (full-time or part-time) with a daily pay rate of 92–100 GBP depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or adults with additional needs.
• Calm, patient and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting SEN students.

Responsibilities
