Qualifications

• Committed to inclusion and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to students with SEN.
• Support learning and development in line with individual needs.
• Demonstrate effective behaviour management and communication with students, staff and parents.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student wellbeing.
