Job summary

Academics in London is seeking a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in Ealing. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, work with teachers and the SEN team, and help pupils with academic, social and emotional development in inclusive classrooms.

Ideal candidates have experience with SEN such as Autism or ADHD, a patient and resilient demeanor, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping learners succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN such as Autism/ADHD preferred.
• Ability to support 1:1 and small groups with tailored activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs.
• Work with class teachers and SEN team to implement interventions.
• Support academic, social and emotional development.
• Assist with differentiated learning activities.
