Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency in Barnet is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs across KS2. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September, with a friendly mainstream school that values inclusion and a nurturing classroom environment.

You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to help pupils access learning, build confidence and develop independence, with opportunities to grow your SEN experience in a supportive

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working with children with additional needs.
• Ideally have experience supporting pupils with SEN in a school or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to pupils with additional needs.
• Work across KS2.
• Support pupils with their learning, engagement and social development.
• Help children access the curriculum and participate positively in school life.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Work closely with teachers and the wider SEN team to support individual needs.
