Job summary

Teaching Consultancy is working with a welcoming specialist SEN school in Maidenhead that is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

You'll be supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, helping them engage with learning and make progress both academically and personally. This is a full-time, long-term temporary position with the opportunity to develop strong relationships within the school community.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Experience in a specialist SEN school preferred.
• Patience, resilience and confidence supporting pupils with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.
• Support pupils to engage with learning and develop independence.
• Work as part of a classroom and multidisciplinary team.
