Job Description

A lovely junior school in a village just outside of Kettering is currently seeking a SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to join their team from April until July. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to support children with complex needs in their learning.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a special educational needs setting and be compassionate, engaging, and nurturing. The SEN assistant will provide one-to-one support to a child who is significantly behind peers academically, assisting in breaking down tasks into manageable chunks for better understanding.

Details

• Full-time role, 5 days a week
• Contract until the end of the academic year
