Job summary

Smile Education is seeking Teaching Assistants for Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in Wolverhampton. Job description

Smile Education is delighted to support Endeavour Multi Academy Trust in recruiting Teaching Assistants to join their existing staff team within Primary and Secondary SEN settings in Wolverhampton.

About the Role:
  • Provide 1:1 support to students with various SEND needs
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive and nurturing environment
  • Adapt individual learning plans to meet pupils' needs
  • Monitor and record pupil achievements
  • Liaise with the wider staff team to ensure a holistic, consistent approach
  • Part-time and full-time opportunities available
  • Term-time only
About You:
  • Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
  • Ability to work on short notice
  • Confident working independently
  • Experience supporting SEN children and young people
  • Provide references covering the last 2 years
  • Hold an enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one through Smile Education
