Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teaching team to support students with diverse learning needs. You will provide one-on-one support, assist in small groups, and help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Student Support:
    Provide individualised or small group support to aid in students' academic and social development.
    Encourage independence and resilience through structured activities and tailored guidance.
    Foster a nurturing environment that promotes students' confidence and well-being.
  2. Classroom Assistance:
    Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to the specific needs of each student.
    Help maintain a well-organised, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
    Monitor and report on student progress, working closely with the teaching team.
  3. Additional Responsibilities:
    Support students during transitions, breaks, and school outings.
    Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
    Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
