Teaching Personnel is seeking a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs at a specialist school in Bury St. Edmunds.
You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver individualized learning and holistic support in a caring setting. The role focuses on assisting students with SEND, including PMLD/SLD and autism, with a strong emphasis on communication, independence, and social development.

As a Complex Needs Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning difficulties (SLD), autism, physical disabilities, and complex medical needs. Working closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff, you will help create a positive learning environment where every pupil can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
