Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment in Wembley is seeking a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic secondary school on a long-term, full-time basis, with the opportunity to become permanent after a successful introduction. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm, with on-site parking and easy access by train or bus.

We welcome graduates or experienced TAs who are passionate about helping young people succeed and building positive relationships in an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate or experienced teaching assistant.
• Available for full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00.
• Willingness to contribute to an inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
• Support learning and development of secondary students.
• Assist teachers and other support staff in class.
• Help foster confidence, resilience and positive relationships.

This is a Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm position, offering excellent consistency and the opportunity to become a valued member of the school community.
