Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across specialist SEND schools and mainstream settings in Leicester and surrounding areas. Roles include day-to-day supply, long-term placements and permanent opportunities.

Ideal candidates have experience supporting children with autism, SEMH, ADHD, and other needs, along with a calm, patient approach and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people in UK schools.
• Ability to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
• Good communication and emotional regulation skills.

Your Role
