As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-to-one and small group support, helping children access learning in a way that meets their individual needs. You will adapt classroom activities, encourage communication and social interaction, promote independence, and support children with emotional regulation throughout the school day. The SEN Teaching Assistant will also work closely with teachers to implement individual learning plans, celebrate childrens progress, and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can succeed.
