Job summary

Humly London is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Caterham, supporting secondary pupils with autism and complex needs.

You will work closely with teachers to enable learning, encourage independence, and support pupils’ daily routines, behaviour, and communication.

This long-term role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00am to 3:30pm, with immediate start and a supportive team in a welcoming environment.

The Role

We are recruiting a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist SEN school in Caterham. You will be supporting secondary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and additional complex needs, helping them to engage with learning and develop essential life skills.

Working closely with teaching and support staff, you will play a key role in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
