Join the team at The Supply Register to work across the Prospere Academy Schools as their bank staff team, for a long-term role at Prospect House School in Manchester.

About Us: Prospect House School is a welcoming and nurturing environment dedicated to supporting primary age students with a range of additional needs.

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with students who have additional needs, including those who are low or non-verbal. Your role will involve providing tailored support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals in a safe and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with additional needs in their learning and development.
  • Work with low or non-verbal students to enhance communication and engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of learning materials.
  • Collaborate with teachers and specialists to deliver individualized support plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an SEN setting.
