Teach Plus is currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Southall, starting ASAP. This full-time Teaching Assistant role involves supporting a small SEND class of approximately 6-8 children with complex additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties (SLCN), and children who are non-verbal. The successful Teaching Assistant will provide tailored support to help pupils access learning, develop communication skills, build independence and engage positively with their school environment.
