Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in a Bromley SEN school. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have a range of needs from MLD to ASC, and may provide personal care when required.
The role is based in London with term-time hours. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months UK experience, a Level 2 TA qualification or equivalent, and a commitment to safeguarding.

The school is for children aged KS3 with a wide range of learning difficulties needs from Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) to Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) including Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) and Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC). In addition to learning needs some pupils also have complex medical needs.
Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated and caring individual who can support children on a 1:1 basis or within small groups. Personal care may be involved. Located in Bromley the school is a short walk away from public transport.
The position is open to all experienced Teaching Assistants and support workers who have some experience in a similar role. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.
