Pay: £444 – £455 per week

ABC Teachers is on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive SEND school right in the heart of Shrewsbury.

Role Overview

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll play a key role in providing individualised support to students with special educational needs. Whether working 1:1 or with small groups, you’ll help create a student-centred environment that nurtures growth, confidence, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and adaptive classroom support.
• Foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere where every student can flourish.
• Full-time, ongoing role with both immediate starts available.
