Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to support one student with severe social and communication difficulties and challenging behavior in Bishop's Stortford. You will provide behavioural guidance and help the student develop essential skills for greater independence.

You will work 1-1, assisting with literacy, numeracy and other classwork, while supporting the class teacher to maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment.

Qualifications

• Emotional and physical resilience to meet the demands of 1-1 support.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
