Job summary

Randstad Education in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with severe social and communication difficulties and challenging behaviour.

You will provide 1-1 behavioural guidance, help develop literacy and numeracy skills, and assist the class teacher in maintaining a calm, purposeful classroom environment to enable independence and progress.
