Step Into Teaching, are seeking a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join us from September. You will be working in a small SEN Classroom of KS1 pupils, with support from your team colleagues. We are looking for someone with a flexible and friendly attitude who can communicate effectively with children and adults. Previous experience of working with SEN children will be valuable, but we are very happy to support the right person to develop through training and mentoring.
