A leading company in education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support children with complex needs at a specialist provision in Runcorn. This role involves working closely with skilled staff in small classes to foster confidence and independence in pupils aged 4 to 11. This specialist provision supports pupils aged 4 to 11 with a range of needs including autism, social communication differences, learning difficulties, and SEMH needs. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside skilled staff in small classes to help pupils build confidence, communication, and independence through structured routines and creative, nurturing approaches.

Have experience (or a strong interest) in supporting children with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
