Vision for Education is seeking two Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistants to work predominantly 1-2-1 with students in a diverse primary school setting in Leeds. Successful candidates will support children with special educational needs, enhancing their learning experiences through patience, empathy, and effective behaviour management.

The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS8) to start Sept 2025 on a Full-Time basis. We are recruiting for 2 SEND TA roles in the school. These role have the potential to become permanent following a successful supply period;

Requirements
The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
• Confident in using behaviour management strategies and providing emotional support
• Have experience working with pupils with SEND
• Have inclusivity at the forefront of your work
• Patient, empathetic, and understanding, with a commitment to enhancing the learning experience for children with SEN
