At GSL Education, we are supporting an SEND school in PLYMOUTH that is seeking Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis with the potential to become permanent.
The school offers a personalised wrap-around education for students with complex needs or EHCP pupils at risk of residential placements. Each child receives high levels of support, often including one-to-one assistance and bespoke timetables based on thematic learning experiences. A wide range of personalised learning activities are designed to engage students, build resilience, and foster rapid academic progress.
Note: THE SCHOOL HAS MULTIPLE SETTINGS, AND WE ARE SEEKING CANDIDATES WHO ARE HAPPY TO WORK ACROSS KS1-4.
These roles can be challenging, as children may present very challenging behaviours. Resilience and commitment are essential.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES A UK DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN CAR. You must be willing to use your car for business purposes.
