Job summary

Coba Education Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support and assist across primary schools in Northamptonshire, helping children access learning and participate in class.

The role offers flexible placements from day-to-day supply to longer-term assignments; you'll work closely with teachers to create a calm, inclusive environment and build trusting relationships with pupils, supporting their social, emotional and educational development.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working with children with SEN or additional needs.
• Have experience within a school or education setting.
• Are patient, resilient and compassionate.
• Can build positive and trusting relationships with children.
• Have a proactive and adaptable approach.
• Are confident working both 1:1 and within the wider classroom.
• Are passionate about helping every child reach their potential.
