Job summary

Coba Education Ltd is seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our flexible supply team across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas. You’ll support pupils in EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with class teachers to ensure engaging lessons and effective interventions.

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 under the direction of teachers.
• Deliver 1:1 or small-group interventions as required.
• Assist with learning activities and classroom routines.

Coba Education is looking for confident, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our growing supply team.

Whether you’re looking for a few days a week to fit around other commitments or regular full-time work, supply gives you the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

The role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you could be:

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Working alongside class teachers to support learning
• Providing 1:1 or small-group intervention
• Supporting children with additional needs and SEN
• Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom
• Providing general classroom and pastoral support

Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.
