Do you celebrate the tiny victories? A pencil picked up. A calm morning. A smile where there wasn’t one yesterday. If that sounds like you — congratulations, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
We’re recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants ready to start immediately, supporting pupils who need patience, encouragement, and someone firmly in their corner.
If you’ve got SEN experience, a nurturing approach, and the resilience to roll with the day (and sometimes dodge flying glue sticks), we’d love to hear from you.
